In no event shall Project Growth be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims under these T&Cs shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us, if any.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and proprietary technologies on our platform are the exclusive property of Project Growth. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without our written consent.
6. Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services for any reason, including violation of these T&Cs. Termination may result in the loss of access to your account and any related information.
7. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with Delaware law. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located within Delaware.
